Increasing (profitable) eligible lives in the US by building out strategic differentiators through repeatable and scalable design processes and workflows that support the coordination of key information and core requirements cross-functionally for all needs related to Kaia’s website, email, social media, events, and product.
Collaborating with key stakeholders across marketing and other functions to create strong performing campaigns and ensure use of data-driven insights and industry best practices while developing tight learning loops by running tests to improve outreach.

Led creative for a new hyper-growth consulting business line called Powered By We (PxWe) that generated over $500M in revenue in two years from commercial interior projects across the Americas.
Built strong and strategic relationships within the design/fabrication industry, introducing new partner vendor relationships to the company which led to the signing of Master Service Agreements saving the company roughly 30% in costs.
